Project Description:

Originally opened in 1962, Petersfield Open Air Swimming Pool has been a community project from the beginning and currently run as a charitable trust, celebrating its 60th birthday in Sept 2022. This 25m open air heated swimming pool was upgraded with an imprinted concrete surround and various patio areas around the perimeter in the early 1990’s, by the late Ian Hopkins of Stoneage Paving in Bognor Regis. The Imprinted Concrete has been regularly resealed to maintain the colour and surface of the decorative concrete, and still performs as a durable anti-slip and decorative paving after more than 25 years. A testament to the installation quality and materials used.
