I’ll keep this short, I just wanted to contact you regarding the guys in the Manchester depot. On numerous occasions they have both gone above & beyond to help me & my business. Sometimes this advice has also been via the phone on a weekend or even when on their holidays. (I did not know they were on holiday when they replied !!!) This behaviour is what makes us keep you as our sole supplier.

There have been many times I have been contacted by other suppliers to buy their products & tools but the advice, help & service I get is one of the main reasons we keep using PICS.
