XTRASEAL is a solvent-based acrylic sealer with a higher resin content, making it especially suited for more porous surfaces. It seals and protects Pattern Imprinted Concrete (PICSPAVE) surfaces whilst enhancing the depth and richness of Colour Surface Hardeners, and can be applied by brush, sprayer, or roller, leaving a tough, protective finish.
Application Instructions
- Ensure the surface is clean and completely dry.
- Apply by roller or sprayer (Viton™ seals).
- If spraying, brush out excess for an even finish.
- Apply above 5°C and below 30°C.
- Additional coats can be applied as needed.
- Complete a test area first to ensure compatibility.
Coverage: Approximately 2–3m² per L.
XTRASEAL is available in 25 & 5L quantities.
Suitable for Block Paving, Imprinted Concrete, Paving Slabs, Natural Stone, and other similar surfaces.
